Important note about subfloor prep
LVT looks best on a smooth, flat surface. If the subfloor is uneven, damaged, or has old adhesive, additional preparation may be needed (for example, levelling compound or smoothing). We’ll advise the best approach once we know your current floor condition.
To quote accurately, we’ll need
- Approximate area in m² (or rough room sizes)
- Is it click LVT or glue-down LVT?
- What’s the current floor type (tiles, laminate, concrete, wood etc.)?
- Any tricky areas (small hallways, lots of door frames, steps)
- Do you already have the flooring and trims?
